1. Delivery Coverage and Processing
Delivery Coverage:
Immaculate ships across India, covering over 20,000 unique Pin Codes through our trusted logistics partners.
Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 48 working hours of confirmation.
Delivery usually takes between 2 to 10 business days, depending on your location and courier service availability.
Customers in metro cities such as Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, Bengaluru, and Chennai can usually expect delivery within 2–4 days. Delivery timelines may vary due to local restrictions, courier workload, weather conditions, or unforeseen delays.
2. Delivery and Contact Information
Delivery Issues:
If your order has not been delivered within 10 days of dispatch, please reach out to us at support@beimmaculate.co or call +91-XXXXXXXXXX (Mon–Fri, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM).
Undeliverable Pin Codes:
If a Pin Code becomes unserviceable after order placement, your order may be canceled. In such cases, prepaid orders will be refunded within 48 working hours.
3. Shipping Fees and Special Cases
Cash on Delivery (COD):
A nominal ₹70 COD handling fee is applicable for all Cash on Delivery orders.
Damaged or Incorrect Products:
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us at support@beimmaculate.co or +91-XXXXXXXXXX within 48 hours of delivery.

Please note: Delivery partners will not be able to process returns directly.
4. Order and Address Handling
Address Accuracy:
Please ensure that your shipping address and Pin Code are entered correctly at checkout. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or rerouted.
Each order is shipped to a single address only.
Order Cancellation:
In rare cases, orders may be canceled due to unserviceability or inventory issues.
For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed within 48 hours of cancellation.
5. Delivery Attempts and Multiple Products
Delivery Attempts:
Our courier partners will make three delivery attempts.
If delivery fails after the final attempt, our customer support team will reach out to arrange redelivery or cancellation.
Multiple Products:
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately from different warehouses, depending on product availability.
You will receive separate tracking numbers for each package.
6. International Shipping
Global Availability:
Immaculate currently ships internationally to countries including the United States, United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, Malaysia, and Indonesia.
Processing:
International orders are fulfilled from our nearest available warehouse to ensure quicker delivery.
Customs & Duties:
Any customs duties or import taxes, if applicable, are to be borne by the customer as per the destination country’s laws.
