Return & refund policy

We at Immaculate have formulated each product to deliver best possible results with full transparency. We hope you will love our products as much as we do. But in case you wish to return the product, please reach out to us and we will take care of everything for you.

We offer refunds / replacements only in following cases:

  • You received the wrong shipment
  • You received a damaged product
  • You received an expired product

In any of the above case, please raise a return/ replacement request within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery. To raise a return / refund request in such cases, please drop us an email at support@beimmaculate.co

No return or any other claim will be accepted after the 7 days window.

Please allow us 48 hours to review your request. Once the request is approved, we will initiate a reverse pickup through our courier partner who will collect the order from your doorsteps.

Upon receiving the returned order, our service team will inspect it. If the issue is verified, our team will initiate a refund within 24- 48 hours.
